From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel right at home in a wonderful location close to Aquaola water park. Rewritten: the staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival, and the location was great, walking distance to Aquaola water park.

All in all everything was perfect, had a real good stay for a long vacation. The breakfast had plenty of outstanding food and drinks. I liked its friendly attentive and attentive staff and the rooms were spotless with a great view of the Sierra Nevada and nice decoration. Incredible and beautiful location, the free parking was available. Café El Tapeo Argentino located 1 km away was a nice surprise🙂

Staff always helpful and friendly. Noise-free environment (the TV volume is "capped" so that TV will never disturb your neighbours). Convenient for Sierra Nevada
Hotel located on a very steep street. Not a good idea to walk into the hotel after a day on the ski runs!

Lovely views, great location with easy access to Granada by bus, continental breakfast, spacious room with balcony. Specific Situation: We were delighted with the lovely views from our room and the hotel's great location, which made it easy for us to explore Granada. The continental breakfast was simple but nice, and our room was very spacious with a charming balcony area. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Excellent place to stay if visiting Granada/Alhambra 5 minute drive to alhambra and 10 min drive to central granada. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and very well kept. Beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was fabulous... very quiet and peaceful location with views of the mountains. They do have a pool but was covered.
A car is definitely required...although I think there is bus that you can catch from the main street which is at the bottom of a hill. Breakfast was limited in the morning and not much variety. I wish they had a computer terminal in the lobby with free internet for guests that do not carry a laptop with them.The TV was outdated and no english channels.
